Client liaison and business travel

As often as not, our planning and consultant teams split their time on various phases of the project between the office and on site with the client.

We will help you develop your professional skills, provide individual training events, and offer you opportunities to take on responsibility early on in your career.

 

Onboarding ×

We think that a good start is absolutely essential. Every new employee benefits from a structured introductory program with on-the-job training and an onboarding process that includes a mentoring program and our “io-BaTs” (io Basic Tutorials) introductory days. Your colleagues will give you with all the key information you need about our company during these introductory days and present our internal topics, processes and tools.

 

At the end of your probationary period, you and your manager will reflect on your first months with us and jointly coordinate your future path. You will review the past year during your regular annual appraisal interviews and discuss your prospects, challenges, and the individual development opportunities that lie ahead of you.

Holistic training events ×

We have developed a training program aligned to the needs of our employees. Besides subject-specific programs and training courses we also offer a holistic range of events that connect every career and development stage with matching knowledge units.

Our training events focus on our internal processes and tools as well as the necessary skills for everyday work in client projects. We offer specialist training courses and events focusing, for instance, on communication, presentation and moderation skills, project coordination and project management. Our training program is reviewed on a regular basis and adapted to subject-specific needs and everyday work requirements.
