We are looking for an experienced Sr. Consultant for our US team in the Bethlehem, PA office to provide practical and interactive consulting assistance to our supply chain operations clients. Responsibilities will be to manage projects involved with factory planning / distribution design in the automotive and consumer goods industries managing a project from analysis to implementation. This position will provide problem solving and analytical skills to develop innovative solutions for our clients.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planning and implementation of factory and production plants (processes and equipment, intralogistics, layout planning)
  • Optimization of processes using Lean methods
  • Introduction and evaluation of process innovation
  • Project management for customer projects in the field of factory planning, supply chain
  • Ensuring a timely and economic execution of our projects
  • Management and budget responsibility
  • Acquisition of follow-up projects

Ihr Profil

  • MS or BS Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field of experience with 10 years of experience
  • Experience with logistics and production planning concepts
  • Experienced in Project Management, Supply Chain Management and EWM, WM systems 
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office suite, database, spreadsheet statistics applications, and logistics software packages
  • Spanish or German language competency is a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally and domestically up to 70%
  • Visa sponsorships are not available for this position
