Juniors and seniors benefit together from intensive cooperation during the course of the project and from transparent knowledge transfer. This is how we work together successfully.

Customer projects are processed according to our specific io methodology, all related tasks are documented and specifically assigned, regularly discussed and reviews are prepared. We use the Confluence tool for this purpose.

Balancing private life and work is often a challenge. To meet personal requirements, we offer both flexible working hours and individual working time models.

Our employees use the flexible options for a suitable balance between work at the customer's site, our modern office workplaces and home office times. After on-site training, we leave it up to our employees to decide where they would like to work from.

Whether it's a joint lunch break, a drink after work, or a team event - we're not just a united team during working hours, but also enjoy spending time together beyond those hours. 

This way, new employees quickly find their way in and teamwork is promoted.
