We replace the time-consuming coordination of various planning firms with an integrated approach for our industrial clients. We merge building, engineering, and logistics processes into a single contract from day one.

Concept
We develop a well-founded overall design based on the feasibility stage. Building, production, logistics, and IT are considered and planned as an integrated whole from the very beginning. Zone layouts, material flows, and layout variations are developed in close collaboration with your departments.
Detailed planning
The design is refined into construction-ready plans. All disciplines – architecture with MEP and structural engineering, process and IT planning – are coordinated within a BIM model. Conflicts are resolved digitally before incurring any costs on the construction site.
Tendering and contracting
