io continues expansion

• agiplan GmbH realigns business units to focus on Public Management

agiplan GmbH is realigning its business units with effect from July 1, 2023. The company’s Industry Consulting unit and the respective staff will then legally merge with io-consultants GmbH & Co. KG. Ongoing projects will also transfer to the io Group, with agiplan clients continuing to be served by their usual team to ensure consistency in all customer relationships and projects.

With the acquisition of agiplan’s Industry Consulting, io is continuing its dynamic expansion of recent years. This step will extend the service range and generate new opportunities for ongoing and future projects of the leading supply chain consultant and planner. With the additional staff on board, io will have over 400 consultants and planners across all disciplines to accommodate every type of project.

agiplan GmbH’s strategic realignment will enable the company to place a consistent focus on expanding its Public Management business unit. To complement the project consulting and implementation services in the field of sustainability, new mobility and structural change, the subsidiaries delta consult GmbH and prima consult GmbH will also provide climate and energy consulting.
