Our team is involved in delivering exciting and complex projects across all phases of the project lifecycle. From new construction and refurbishment projects to the optimization of existing facilities, our colleagues develop innovative and sustainable solutions in the fields of building services engineering, structural design, building physics, and room acoustics.
They create the technical, structural, and building-physics foundations for high-performing, cost-efficient, and future-ready buildings. Their expertise ranges from the planning of building systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, refrigeration, electrical engineering, and building automation, to the development of safe and efficient structural concepts, as well as the optimization of energy performance, acoustics, and occupant comfort.

This includes the drainage systems (wastewater and rainwater) and drinking water systems
Heat supply systems
This includes heat generation systems such as heat pumps, CHP units, gas condensing boilers and the associated heat distribution networks.
Ventilation systems
These include ventilation systems, partial air conditioning systems, air conditioning systems, as well as refrigeration systems and FFU in the clean room and industrial sectors.
Electrical systems
This includes the areas of medium-voltage systems / transformers, low-voltage systems, lighting, safety lighting, emergency power systems, photovoltaics, lightning protection systems and earthing systems.
Communication, security and information technology systems
These include fire alarm systems, voice alarms, access control, intruder alarm systems, telecommunications systems (permanent link), search and signal systems and BOS radio systems (authorities and organizations with security tasks).

This includes elevator, access and crane systems.
