Our colleagues work on exciting and complex projects every day across all project phases – from new construction and refurbishment to the optimization of building services systems and installations. Their expertise covers ventilation, heating, plumbing, cooling and deep-freezing systems, electrical engineering, building automation, and safety and security technology.

We plan and advise with a focus on supply and energy technology as well as safety and automation technology. We also support our customers in areas such as BImSchV, technical fire protection, process media supply, cryogenic cooling and public subsidies.
We advise and plan holistically in interdisciplinary teams.
We work together with our colleagues from the areas of production, logistics, architecture and IT across all trades, which simplifies our internal interface management and allows synergies to be exploited.

With our in-house team of experts in the areas of construction and specialist construction management, we ensure construction site safety, document the ongoing construction progress (deadlines, costs, quality) and provide qualified support during the construction phase. Our colleagues not only support our clients during the realization phase, but also take care of the complex issue of remedying defects in order to ensure that the buildings function perfectly and to hand them over.

Sewage, water and gas systems
This includes the drainage systems (wastewater and rainwater) and drinking water systems
Heat supply systems
This includes heat generation systems such as heat pumps, CHP units, gas condensing boilers and the associated heat distribution networks.
Ventilation systems
These include ventilation systems, partial air conditioning systems, air conditioning systems, as well as refrigeration systems and FFU in the clean room and industrial sectors.
Electrical systems
This includes the areas of medium-voltage systems / transformers, low-voltage systems, lighting, safety lighting, emergency power systems, photovoltaics, lightning protection systems and earthing systems.
Communication, security and information technology systems
These include fire alarm systems, voice alarms, access control, intruder alarm systems, telecommunications systems (permanent link), search and signal systems and BOS radio systems (authorities and organizations with security tasks).
Conveyor systems
This includes elevator, access and crane systems.
Utilization-specific and process engineering systems
This includes media supply systems, fire extinguishing systems, process heating, cooling and air systems as well as process engineering systems, water treatment, waste water purification systems and technical gases.
Building and plant automation
This includes automation equipment and management as well as data transmission networks and monitoring systems.
