A new chapter for io Singapore

At the beginning of this month, Gunaselan Raju took over sole local management of the io Singapore location. He also became an io partner at the beginning of the year. He will continue in his new role to drive forward the location’s successful development over the coming years.

Gunaselan Raju has been working for io in Singapore for many years in a managerial capacity and has extensive experience in our consulting and planning services. His close cooperation with our customers and his profound understanding of their needs have contributed significantly to our Singapore location’s growth and stability.

“We were able to celebrate the successful transition of local management together with the team during my visit to Singapore two weeks ago – a highly auspicious milestone for io,” summarizes Thomas Kilimann, Managing Director at io.

The Singapore office has established itself as a strategic hub for the Southeast Asia region ever since its foundation in 1996. From there, io successfully manages projects in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Maldives, Mauritius, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and India. Fields of the office’s expertise include the areas of planning and implementation of airline catering facilities, logistics planning in the healthcare sector, planning and optimization of distribution centers as well as industrial central kitchens and production facilities for food processing.

Our special thanks go to Tan Hang Seong, who has been instrumental in shaping io Singapore for almost three decades. However, it is not yet time to say our final goodbyes: Tan Hang Seong will be continuing as a Senior Advisor to io and providing valuable support to Gunaselan Raju in his new role.
