For half a century, HÄFELE has operated a logistics center at its headquarters in Nagold. Now the stage is set for the coming decades: With io serving as the general planner, HÄFELE expanded the facility by approximately 15,000 storage spaces. Approximately 6,000 shipments leave the warehouse daily. To ensure that delivery capabilities were not compromised, the physical expansion—including the associated IT infrastructure and logistics optimization—was carried out while operations continued.
