io annual review 2023

With the acquisition of agiplan, the establishment of a new location, the launch of a new platform and the further development of our service portfolio, 2023 has been full of exciting initiatives.
 

Automation, optimization and sustainability – we have made it our core mission to be a driving force in the implementation of digitalization, to implement sustainability in all our projects and to provide outstanding consulting services.

The continuous expansion of our consulting and planning services is reflected in the groundbreaking projects that we have won together in our corporate group and that we are currently working on. We are pleased that our clients trust in our many years of experience and appreciate our constantly growing range of services.

In addition to sustainable growth, increased service levels and the digitalization of processes, the selection of the right systems is crucial for planning. That is why this year we launched "logiklick.io", a free and independent platform for comparing logistics systems. It helps users find the right solutions for logistics and production, and provides use cases for storage, picking, packaging, and transportation to optimize existing processes.

io continues its growth strategy and has integrated the former agiplan Industry Consulting division into the group. The expansion of our consulting team creates additional perspectives in industry consulting and increases the value for our customers in the industry.

In this context, io opened a new office in Düsseldorf this year. In addition to Supply Chain & Logistics, this office will focus more on Production & Processes.

With the publication of the third issue of our io customer magazine "// plus", we provide you with insights into projects, industry trends and company news. In the special issue "Wegweisendes Wachstum bei io" we present the newly acquired locations and contacts after the acquisition of the "Industrial Consulting" division from agiplan. In the special issue "Go West" we show why it is more profitable than ever to expand into the USA.

A special highlight was the io // customer day. A total of 200 participants came together to gain insights into the latest trends and technologies that companies are using to equip themselves for a sustainable and productive future. The next io // customer day will take place on September 24, 2024 at the Gutshof in Ladenburg, Germany, and you can already register now.
 

The io management would like to thank all customers and partners for their constructive cooperation and trust. A big thank you also goes to all our colleagues – whether in Heidelberg, Berlin, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Kaiserslautern, Leonberg, Leverkusen, Munich, Bethlehem (PA, USA), Dubai, Hong Kong, Łódź or Singapore - they have all contributed significantly to the success of our customers and all projects.
